What Low-Pressure Service Covers
Last updated: October 2026
Oklahoma Plumbing Pros may inspect and repair plumbing components that affect water pressure, such as accessible valves, regulators, pipes, and related fixtures. The work we agree to perform will be described in your estimate or work order.
Diagnosis may show that the cause lies outside the agreed repair, including a municipal supply issue, private well equipment, or concealed damage. Additional work requires a separate estimate and your approval.
We perform regulated plumbing work in accordance with applicable Oklahoma Plumbing License Law, Title 59, adopted plumbing codes, and local amendments. Required permits, including Oklahoma City permits for regulated alterations, must be obtained where applicable, and permitted work must be done by a properly licensed plumbing contractor.
Private well work may be subject to the Oklahoma Water Well Drillers Act and licensing rules. The Oklahoma Construction Industries Board, Oklahoma Uniform Building Code Commission, and Oklahoma City Development Services Department oversee relevant licensing or code matters.
Drinking-water rules, including the EPA Lead and Copper Rule, apply to affected water systems as relevant; they do not define every household repair.
Booking, Changes, and Cancellations
Appointments are arranged by phone, email, or another contact method offered by Oklahoma Plumbing Pros. We will confirm the agreed service window and any access details we need. Please make sure an adult can provide access to the affected plumbing and tell us about known hazards, pets, or access restrictions before the visit.
If you need to cancel or change an appointment, contact us as soon as you can using the details in these terms. We may need to reschedule if a technician cannot safely reach the work area, required access is unavailable, or conditions differ materially from what was described. Any cancellation or trip charge will apply only if it was disclosed and accepted before it is incurred or is otherwise permitted by law.
The technician will explain if inspection reveals work beyond the appointment’s agreed scope. We will not proceed with additional chargeable work without your approval, except where immediate action is reasonably needed to address a safety issue and the law allows it. Changes to timing or scope may affect the completion date.
Estimates, Approvals, and Bills
An estimate describes the work and charges we can identify from the information available at the time. It may change if inspection reveals concealed damage, inaccessible piping, a different pressure source, or other conditions that could not reasonably be seen beforehand. We will explain any proposed change and provide the revised scope and price for your approval before proceeding with additional work.
Your approval may be recorded in writing or through another clear method we make available. Ask questions before authorizing work if an item, material, permit, or excluded task is unclear.
Unless your estimate or work order states a different arrangement, payment is due when the agreed work is completed and the invoice is presented. Applicable taxes, permit costs, and approved added work will be shown or explained as relevant.
We do not promise a price for work that has not been assessed, and no financing offer is created by these terms. If you dispute a charge, contact us promptly with the invoice details so we can review the concern.
Workmanship and Repair Coverage
Any workmanship warranty or product warranty that applies to your repair will be stated in the estimate, work order, invoice, or separate written warranty provided for that job. These terms do not establish a warranty duration or add coverage that is not expressly documented. Manufacturer warranties for supplied parts may have their own conditions and claim process; we can identify available information when relevant.
Coverage, if provided, applies only to the specific work and components described in the written warranty. It may not cover unrelated plumbing, normal wear, misuse, freezing, water-quality issues, changes made by others, or a separate failure outside the repaired area.
Work performed or altered by another party may also affect coverage where that work caused the problem. Contact us promptly if you believe covered workmanship has failed, and describe the issue and service date.
We will review the written job records and applicable warranty terms. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable Oklahoma law.
Responsibility for Existing Conditions
We are responsible for performing approved work with reasonable care and in accordance with applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Oklahoma Plumbing Pros’ responsibility for a claim arising from a particular service will not exceed the amount paid for that service. This limit does not apply where applicable law prohibits it, including liability that cannot legally be waived or limited.
We are not responsible for conditions that existed before our work, concealed defects outside the agreed scope, interruptions in a public water supply, or damage caused by unrelated systems or later work by others, except to the extent our own actions legally make us responsible. We will explain when inspection suggests a pre-existing or separate issue.
Nothing in this section excuses compliance with Oklahoma Plumbing License Law, Title 59, applicable adopted plumbing codes and local amendments, or permit requirements for regulated alterations. Private well work remains subject to applicable Oklahoma Water Well Drillers Act licensing rules. The EPA Lead and Copper Rule applies to affected water systems where relevant; it does not govern every household plumbing condition.
Questions and Updates to These Terms
For questions about these terms or an agreed repair, contact Oklahoma Plumbing Pros at (877) 773-0781 or info@oklahomalowwaterpressure.top. Our listed office address is Palermo Place Office Park-13917 S. Western Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK. Sending a message does not change an estimate or authorize additional work; please obtain confirmation of any requested change.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be made available through the channel where these terms are published.
For a scheduled service, the terms provided when you approve the estimate or work order generally govern that job, unless you and we agree otherwise in writing or a later change is required by law. If an update materially affects a service already approved, we will communicate the change and seek any approval required before applying it to that work.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
